Everpure AC2 EV9591 06 Filter Features
Activated carbon filter with Pre-coat technology, i.e., powdered activated carbon on a membrane with a micrometric mesh size < 0.5 µ.
Removes particulates, chlorine, and its derivatives; it is excellent for improving the organoleptic characteristics of drinking water. It guarantees protection against bacterial growth thanks to the presence of silver ions. The release is minimal and constant over time, guaranteed and certified by the NSF mark and Ministerial Decree 174/2004.

Silver ions
Everpure AC2 EV9605-80 filters are approved in Italy and the USA according to very stringent standards. The Everpure AC2 filter's release of silver ions is extremely calibrated: even after prolonged inactivity, the amount of silver in solution is a few ppm (parts per million), sufficient to prevent the growth of microorganisms, yet not posing any health risks, even for the most sensitive individuals.
Impregnating the carbon with a blend of substances that allow for a continuous, constant, and controlled release of silver ions (at parts per million levels) requires cutting-edge technology. Use
The Everpure AC2 cartridge is widely used in the domestic sector, especially where refrigerated carbonation systems are present. Its bacteriostatic function is not limited to the filter alone, but also protects the pipes downstream from the filter itself. The EV9605-80 filter is recommended where the system is inconsistently used, i.e., where the appliance is not used for long periods, which increases the risk of microbial growth.
The Everpure AC2 filter must operate in a vertical position; it cannot be laid flat. It is recommended to replace it at the times and with the volume of treated water indicated by the manufacturer.
