THE HYDRA BIG SELF-CLEANING FILTER WITH COUNTER-CURRENT FLUSHING SYSTEM ENSURES MAXIMUM SYSTEM PROTECTION THANKS TO ITS HIGH PERFORMANCE.
Cleaning operations are performed manually by opening the valve located at the bottom of the filter: in just a few seconds, the reversal of the water flow expels all the impurities deposited on the surface of the cartridge, restoring the filter to its initial condition.
The effectiveness of the self-cleaning process is guaranteed by the special anti-backflow device that prevents water from flowing back into the filter.
HYDRA BIG is equipped with two special washable filter cartridges: RAH BIG (stainless steel mesh) and RLH BIG (stainless steel mesh). polyester), both available with 50 and 90 micron filtration ratings.
The maximum flow rate ranges from 6,000 l/h for the 1" models to 15,000 l/h for the 1.5" models (26 to 66 gpm).
1" and 1.5" versions are available with BSPP and NPT plastic connections, and 1" versions are available with BSPP and NPT lead-free brass connections.
Versions with two pressure gauges are available.

Self-Cleaning Filters with Backwash

The products comply with Ministerial Decree 25 (Italy) and are tested and certified according to the strictest international standards, obtaining ACS (France) and EAC/Ghostreghistrazia (Russia) health certification.
