The HYDRA TRIO self-cleaning filter is designed for multi-stage water filtration and treatment.
The first stage features a HYDRA-type self-cleaning filter, designed with innovative solutions for efficient cartridge self-cleaning, thanks to a backwash that ensures high particle removal from the cartridge.
When the cartridge needs cleaning, the backwash operation occurs simply by opening the drain ball valve at the bottom of the filter. This operation causes a pressure drop that pushes the cartridge down toward the bottom of the container and reverses the flow from inside to outside of the cartridge. This counterflow cleans and flushes the impurities trapped on the outside of the cartridge.

It connects directly to the inlet pipe or directly behind the activated water pump.
It features a self-cleaning filter with filtration from 90 Micron and two 10" container filters to insert your preferred cartridges.
The 3-level water treatment system is very compact and easy to assemble.

The HYDRA filter is equipped with a discharge funnel, a device for protecting drinking water from contamination in plumbing systems. This device prevents backflow, in compliance with the European standard UNI EN 1717 of November 2002. This device prevents backflow by venting all components downstream of the discharge valve.

The second and third stages can accommodate all SX series cartridges with a crush seal.

The filter has a mesh cartridge with a filtration rating of 90 microns and is made of AISI 316 stainless steel.

Use: Filtration and treatment of drinking water, fountains, household water, and dirt. It is used to protect taps, boilers, pumps, water tanks, washing machines, and other technical systems, as well as pipes.
