K PLUS is the series of dosing pumps designed for the constant or proportional dosing of chemical products. The K PLUS model is equipped with level control.
In constant dosing, the pump doses regularly over time based on the parameters set by the operator.
In proportional dosing, the pump doses in proportion to an input signal, which can be a digital signal (voltage-free contact) or an analog current signal.
The pump can be set to work in:
- constant
- constant with 1÷10 divisor of the input pulses
- 1÷10 multiplier of the input pulses
- input pulse divider 1÷10
- 1÷100 divisor of the input pulses
- 1÷1000 divisor of the input pulses
- mA current signal (0/4 mA = 0 pulses: 20mA = max pulses).

The dosage of the pump is determined by the number of pulses and the capacity per single injection.
The adjustment of the single injection is linear only on values between 30% and 100%.
