The VMSA MF pump is the multifunctional series because it allows you to set different working modes: Constant, Divide, Multiply, ppm, perc, mlq, batch, volt, mA.
The pump is equipped with: - LEVEL input (level control).
The dosage of the pump is determined by the number of pulses and the capacity per single injection.
The pump can therefore be connected to a pulse emitter counter so as to program it in a manner proportional to the volume of water used.
The VMSA MF pump is used a lot for :
1) the dosage of disinfectant products (such as chlorine) for the sterilization of well water, you can purchase our Catalyst10 for this purpose.
2) automatic and proportional dosing of products for the food industry, machines and tools (waxes, rinse aids, disinfectants, etc.)
The adjustment of the single injection is linear only on values between 30% and 100%.
The operating and control parameters are displayed on an LCD display and managed via a keyboard.
The VMSA MF dosing pump is the version with self-draining pump casing of the VMS MF pump.
The use of a self-bleeding pump body is necessary for dosing chemical products that generate gases (e.g.: hydrogen peroxide, ammonia, sodium hypochlorite at certain temperatures).
