The 55W UV sterilizer is complete and ready for installation.

The UV sterilizer is an excellent system for eliminating bacterial buildup in water. Ultraviolet (UV) light modifies the DNA or RNA of microorganisms, preventing them from reproducing or causing harm. The 55W UV sterilizer consists of a stainless steel chamber, a 55W Philips 2+2 pin sterilizing lamp, a quartz chamber, a silicone gasket, and a transformer that plugs into any 220V 50Hz electrical outlet. All components comply with CE safety regulations.

We recommend installing a mechanical PP pre-filter to remove sediment, dirt, and suspended particles up to 5 microns. This reduces the risk of buildup on the lamp and thus its proper functioning. Dirt creates a cloudy film that settles on the quartz of the sterilizer, preventing UVC rays from passing through and thus performing their sterilizing function.
